Shareholding and Directors

 

CPP MAREPO is a Private Limited Company (Reg. No. 1967/005358/07) with three (3) partners, each equal shareholders, jointly and severally liable for the financial performance of the Practice.

A Partnership Agreement, in addition to Articles of Association, controls the contractual ties between the Partners.

 

In compliance with this Agreement, the Partners have no other financial commitments in conflict with the operating interests of the Company. Other than strictly personal investments, the Partners are to varying extents committed to Close Corporations which are set up to manage the property investments of the Firm and its occasional needs in terms of printing, stationery, etc.
